If you have stumbled upon this blog you are probably a fellow classmate, hopefully you are a potential employer and most likely you are not a member of my family or immediate circle or friends (sorry Mom, but I know you stopped reading my work a long time ago). Regardless, welcome and I am glad you are here!
I am a writer, from press releases to poetry, I’ve written it all. My passion for writing began in high school, thanks to my junior year English teacher who found the voice I lacked in speech. From there, my career developed into a double major in English and journalism with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in psychology. My resume is as diverse as I am, with experience writing about and for Lehigh University, international writing focusing on film and advertising and more recently the importance of globalization, to writing arts and entertainment articles for The Morning Call.
Despite spending the majority of the last few years on the East coast, I am a Chicago girl at heart. I am incredibly passionate and dedicated: A perfectionist who has a lot of pride for my work, but who is also dedicated to the friends who enhance and define my life. I am a world traveler, and a free-spirited, take-on-the-world-one-city-at-a-time mentality not only runs through me but my writing.
